Course Content:

  • Understanding the roles and responsibilities of a paediatric first aider
  • Assessing emergency situations quickly and effectively
  • Performing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) on infants and children
  • Safe use of an AED (Defibrillator)
  • Providing first aid for choking infants and children
  • Placing a casualty in the recovery position
  • Treating shock, bleeding, burns, scalds, bites, stings, and minor injuries

  • Learners must be 18+ years old.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
  • Participants must wear appropriate, comfortable clothing suitable for practical, scenario-based training.
